Unlike the traditional 2-3x/a week or 6-12 weeks, this is determined based on our initial assessment. We collaboratively create a realistic plan to fit your needs. This depends on the acuity of your injury or pain, goals, schedule, personal accountability, etc.
Some clients require only 1-4 sessions. For more chronic injuries it can take 10-20 sessions spread out over the course of 6-12 months.

On your first visit, you will have an initial assessment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
We will have a detailed conversation about your injury/pain, limitations, your training, goals, what hasn’t worked, etc. From there, we go through a comprehensive movement assessment based on your injury to figure out the root cause(s) of your issue. We’ll then give you a clear answer to what’s going on and how we are going to resolve this issue together.
We then put together a holistic approach and feasible program based on access to training equipment, schedule, etc.
